Outstanding service! I recently moved and needed a quick maintenance due to an issue that we were having with the system. I called in the morning, and by the afternoon it was fixed. They took time to explain the system to me and show me how to change the filter myself. Super impressed :)

I don't think I've ever written a company review before, but I couldn't, in good conscience, skip sharing my excellent experience with Eurek. From the initial meeting at our home—where Christine took her time listening to our needs, analyzing our water, and providing multiple options at different price points—to the seamless installation by Samuel, everything was top-notch. I have been a customer of Eurek for 3 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. Recently I had a leak and Samuel the technician came on a moment’s notice to check and resolve the issue. He took his time, made sure to inspect everything before explaining exactly what was the problem and how is was going to solve it. Obviously he is very knowledgeable about the system and knows how to deliver customer service excellence. I recommend the whole team at Eurek and especially Samuel. Thank you.
