I have been a customer of Eurek for 3 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. Recently I had a leak and Samuel the technician came on a moment’s notice to check and resolve the issue. He took his time, made sure to inspect everything before explaining exactly what was the problem and how is was going to solve it. Obviously he is very knowledgeable about the system and knows how to deliver customer service excellence. I recommend the whole team at Eurek and especially Samuel. Thank you.

I don't think I've ever written a company review before, but I couldn't, in good conscience, skip sharing my excellent experience with Eurek. From the initial meeting at our home—where Christine took her time listening to our needs, analyzing our water, and providing multiple options at different price points—to the seamless installation by Samuel, everything was top-notch. I recently moved I to a home with a system maintained by EUREk. I called and scheduled a maintenance session and purchase some new filters. The service call was scheduled within a week and was very professional. I asked a lot of questions about the system, how it worked and what I should watch for as it was all new to me. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I searched for a couple of weeks for a good company for water treatment system. I found a great company in eureK. Customer service was exceptional, they are very knowledgeable, the price is right and it’s a fantastic system. Would highly recommend them.

First class equipment and service. No BS! No creepy sales people (had a few of those), just a honest, sincere, knowledgeable team totally dedicated to helping you get the best quality water possible. I had a contamination issue, and with a 14month old infant. They guided me through the entire process, and then had a third party certify the quality on water coming out of my faucets. Thank you Maxime and team!
