I moved in Wesley ******** in September of 2020, before moving in I did not see the apartment until it was time to move in on the day of. My very first day moving in I met my neighbor in passing, she asked was I her neighbor and she warned me that she has two small kids and it may be noisy. I did not think nothing of it, I just thought she was weird and that was strange to tell someone who is just moving in about some noisy kids. Welsley Hampstead Apts in Lithia Springs management has bad customer service. When I first moved in it was all good and weeks later they are saying the numbers on my welcome letter was wrong and that I owe money and I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. I paid everything needed to live in and how could you wait weeks later to tell me after I moved in. I have contacted them 4 times for corporates information and haven't got a response yet

Been with this property Wesley St Claire for over four years and this last past two years have been the worst... they charge you what they want to charged you and the attitudes are very rude.. really thinking about ending my lease early.

The staff member are my very knowledgeable of how there own business works. They say one thing but means the complete opposite . A staff member informed me I can pay rent with a money order. I sent s relative to bring money order to office. But when I returned home from work. There was a demand of possession on my door. I think it's insulting. They made the error and should take ownership for it. I can not return money or alter it because it will be non valid.

I signed a lease for one year (8/08-8/09), did not know about the 60 day clause. About 6 months into the lease, I asked for a copy of my lease but they told me it has to be authorized. Unfortunately, I didnt go back and double check. Around a 1-1/2 mo. or so before I leave, I go into the office to talk to them about my contract because they left me a letter to come to the office about renewing my contract. Anyway, I told them that more than likely wont be resigning my contract. All the while, they still didnt tell my about t... read more
