I signed a lease for one year (8/08-8/09), did not know about the 60 day clause. About 6 months into the lease, I asked for a copy of my lease but they told me it has to be authorized. Unfortunately, I didnt go back and double check. Around a 1-1/2 mo. or so before I leave, I go into the office to talk to them about my contract because they left me a letter to come to the office about renewing my contract.
