Eur-Asia Auto Body is a scam. They took super long coming up with an estimate. Then when it actually comes time to repair my car, they tell me they can't order parts, and I'd need to retrieve my car. Oh, I just need to pay $13,000 in storage fees first.
Scammers! Tow truck showed up after an accident and we hadn’t been able to get through to AAA. “Your insurance will pay for a tow.” He took the car to this place. When we went to make arrangements to tow the car to a reputable shop they demanded $3300 in cash-no cards!!
Do NOT USE this business. This place is a huge SCAM. They are in league with shady tow truck operators who use radio scanners to listen to police calls and then “magically” show up at the scene of an accident. In my case they arrived BEFORE THE COPS DID. They’ll offer to tow your vehicle to Eur-Asia Motors (on Van Ness). However, the shop doesn’t really do much other than store cars. This place is a scam. They show up unbelievably fast and tell you they just passing by; I guess they maybe on police radio. It takes forever to get your car fixed and the price is over charged. My Geico guy said they are the worst to deal with. They tow my car mid night and park on the street and got a parking ticket. I sent them so many emails to pay for it, and they avoided my calls and the owner called Gaumer is so rule and hang up on you every time. This place should be taken down.
