SCAM this place needs to be shut down. Towed my car for $480 without authorization then tried to charge me for a holding fee of $350 a night. Had to call the police to get it released.

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They show up in Oakland looking for recent accidents before firetrucks or police officers. They claim the car reported the accident and pretend to talk to your insurance and tow it to their yard in SF. They then refuse to release your car to your insurance company without charging them an insane amount of money, $5k! They are a PREDATORY business. If GD towing shows up at your accident call the police on them and report them immediately. Don’t let them take your car. If you’re in the unfortunate sit... read more

This is a big SCAM. It’s a money game played by three actors - Adjuster scan -Tow Truck scam -Body shop scam. Be careful. If your adjuster takes your car here don’t let him. If a tow truck driver comes to tow your car don’t let him. If you find out your car is here call police immediately & request removal of your vehicle from this shop. They will try to defraud you. Save money & time. Take your care to top notch professionals.

This tow truck picked me up, lied to my face saying they were AAA, then suggested I take my car to Eur-Asia for “after hours” storage. After I get home, AAA calls me and asks where I am. Next day, I’m calling to see what the estimate will be, and they refuse to provide an estimate until two weeks later. Long story short, it took over a ... read more

zero stars. Our legally parked car was involved in a hit-and-run, and before the insurance-dispatched tow truck arrived, a random towing truck showed up unannounced, falsely claiming to be from our insurance. They towed our car and dropped it off at EUR-ASIA Autobody, who later demanded a $10,000 storage fee for a car we didn’t authorize them to take. We reported the car as stolen to the police and our insurance. After a lot of back-and-forth, and with the help of the SFPD Tow Car Permit Division and other local authorities,... read more
