Average spa, needs higher standards. Took my daughter for her first lash lift and tint, her lower lashes were lifted with upper lashes. When I called to discuss it, I was told by the technician who did the lift and tint that this is normal and to brush lashes with water, which we tried 3x and it didn’t work. Took me 2 follow up call and 3 emails over the course of 4 days to finally hear back from a manager, whom asked what I wanted done about it and then stated this “happens sometime and is normal” I called around and spoke ... read more
Krystal did an amazing job on my hair today at Spa Euphoria! I have decided to embrace my grey, since February and she has been guiding me through the process. Today I had highlights for the first time in my life, to help blend the grey and my brown hair. Along with my usual cut and blow dry, I am so happy with the results!
