Disappointing pedicure service and customer service following feedback First time pedicure at Euphoria, chose the deluxe “spa” as I was celebrating and although the appt started wonderfully, greeted, brought coffee, relaxing … things went sideways when I was left unattended for 25 mins when told it would be 10 minutes, had to call the spa reception 5 mins before scheduled end of my appt to have someone come back. Shawn was a great hairdresser. He did exactly what I wanted and that is rare to happen when I go to hair salons. He is very kind and talkative. He makes sure you are comfortable with everything and talks about what he’s doing while he’s doing it. I will be coming back from now on
This place is elegant from the second you walk into the parking lot. It is a business that makes downtown Peterborough worth travelling to. It is very clean establishments and the staff are outstanding.
If you’re looking for a hidden gem right in downtown Peterborough, look no further. From the time you enter, you are welcomed in person and looked after from start to finish. The space is far bigger than I imagined. As well, the number of services- from the sauna, steam room, and rooftop space, you will be amazed! First visit, but I will be returning soon.
