Sue wants to rush you out so she can make her next dollar. When you pay over $440 + for hair, you should be as picky as you want! The hair color doesn't always match your real hair and she will say it looks fine, when in fact it was way off, especially in the sunlight! When the color doesn't match, people can tell it's fake and I've seen few people leave and the color didn't match their natural hair and it looks horrible!
