I purchased a bracelet a while back and stopped by a week after to let them know the clasp was misshaped and there was a gap between the hook and spring part. Overtime, I knew this would be an issue but they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. She told me “no one has ever complained about an issue like this”. The lady took out some pliers to mend the clasp back into shape but dented and scratched it all up.
