Dr Robertson treated my son when I went to the ER recently. When she first entered the room there was no introduction, inquiries regarding my son's symptoms, and any preparation on her part. Clearly she did not read the chart or know what she was walking into. She called my son a "she" and assumed a diagnosis before examining him. When she did examine him, she was dismissive of my concerns and questions, clearly she had a different agenda.
