The nurse I have is very rude and disrespectful lying about my son's weight when he is actually gaining weight do not help with anything that we need for his medical supplies his nurse name is Miss Tonya and they refuse to switch us to any other place or another nurse they tell us there's no one in our district to come out I've been trying since my son got out the NICU no luck with it She called the OCS office and tell them lies
If I could give them no stars I would. Trash staff!!!! Unprofessional nurses with no training and don’t even so much as offer condolences. Please do not do business with this company.
Staff is very rude ! The nurse my son had Ms.Phyllis is rude & she talks negative about all her patients . The Rn nurse Callie has a very bad attitude . I don't recommend this home - health company at all ! You will be disappointed .
What I thought was wonderful that they came the next day after surgery for my daughter ,is now a guilt trip to me , they racked up her Medicaid never supplied any of medical supplies and the nurses are not trained properly, I learned more from the clinic they referred me to then the month I spent in waisted time trusting their job , the best thing they have done was send a referral , I’m surprised this place is still functioning NO ES BUENO‼️ Advertencia ⚠️
I dont want this service anymore cause we was told this place will help get my son into Speech and OT and help get him an iep for school. And they wasting my time and medicade
