All the nurses take off whenever they want ! Sometimes I’m not informed, my son is very fragile but I guess putting up fence and other stuff is more important than helping your patient. They’re never trained , they always make mistakes! No one is ever available very horrible company needs to be shut down.
The nurse I have is very rude and disrespectful lying about my son's weight when he is actually gaining weight do not help with anything that we need for his medical supplies his nurse name is Miss Tonya and they refuse to switch us to any other place or another nurse they tell us there's no one in our district to come out I've been trying since my son got out the NICU no luck with it She called the OCS office and tell them lies
If I could give them no stars I would. Trash staff!!!! Unprofessional nurses with no training and don’t even so much as offer condolences. Please do not do business with this company.
Staff is very rude ! The nurse my son had Ms.Phyllis is rude & she talks negative about all her patients . The Rn nurse Callie has a very bad attitude . I don't recommend this home - health company at all ! You will be disappointed .
