Grossly unprofessional, they only care about money , not the patient.
She is an excellent doctor, we had to switch pediatricians because of insurance issues and im so thankful we did. Dr. Shih made my two year old feel at ease from the very beginning. She truly cares to take the time to listen/give honest and helpful feedback. Very lucky to have found her.
