They are QUICK to bill you each month and tell you that you can get the gate access codes on their website….but click on the access or gate code and NOTHING happens. Seems they are constant to have “bad communication” issues often. Maybe if the “customer service center” wasn’t a “call center” then customer service would be priority like the original group I rented from over 6 years ago….now my boat is sitting there without a way to get in the gate. 🤦♂️ Update - 06/06/2025 Attempted not once but FOUR times to make my paymen... read more
The best! I have had storage for a extended time.I want to say not a bug or any damage inside after years..no dampness ,not a sign of a mouse I am so pleased ..The new owners have been easy to work with .
