Pilot has been great so far! Only issue was they switched from a different company and I was not made aware nor made aware of how to pay, or how to get into my unit. They were great though with switching from my brothers name to myself. My items are safe!

Extremely nice people. Very competitive rates. High security and well lighted. Since this original post, they have sold out to some group that cares nothing about anything but money. They will not refund your deposit no matter how immaculate you leave the unit. They will promise a refund of your deposit but never send it through. My advice, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The new owners value their customers and respond quickly to costumer issues. Change is frustrating for all.
So far this has been a nightmare and I have only been their customer for a day. I filled my car up and headed over to put stuff in my new unit. Neither of the gate codes they gave me will let me in. I spend 45 minutes waiting for a call back and finally get a gate code that works. Now I am sitting here outside of the 10x20 unit I paid for and it’s only 10x9.
