So far this has been a nightmare and I have only been their customer for a day. I filled my car up and headed over to put stuff in my new unit. Neither of the gate codes they gave me will let me in. I spend 45 minutes waiting for a call back and finally get a gate code that works. Now I am sitting here outside of the 10x20 unit I paid for and it’s only 10x9. New owners came in and shut down the phone number that we used to access the gate. I never had a code, calling from my phone was the only access we've ever had (or needed). We could not get in to winterize our camper before the first freeze. We called every number we could find and no numbers worked. We tried email and 3 weeks later we have still not gotten an email back. I went there to pay my bill on Saturday and the drop box is gone. I call the number on the sign and it doesn't work correctly. I'm still trying to figure out how to pay my bill and get in the gate to my unit.
