Dr. Shieh is an excellent physician; however, my experience with her office staff has been very disappointing. The staff have been consistently unresponsive, discourteous, and careless in their communication. On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect information, my calls were disconnected, and it took an excessive amount of time to reach someone by phone. Additionally, the staff did not appear to be well-informed. I truly wish the office support matched the high standard of care that Dr. Shieh herself provides.
Dr. Shieh is very knowledgeable and friendly analyzing patient’s information. Her office is well organized.
Dr. Shieh was excellent. She cares about limiting your pain. She is a good listener. She clearly describe the plan for treatment.
