The facility is the worst place ever to live or work at. The facility has bed bug that is eating on the PT. They are always understaffed and that affects the PT getting medication on time. If you have family members in this facility in Columbia SC please don't just take the management word go check on your family. This place is the worst to leave your love ones in there care. If I post some of the pictures I have you would be heart broken about it but to keep the PT safe I want do that but please go see about your love ones.
