My mom went in for an ERCP back in August. He ended up perforating her common bile duct, and her bile duct ended up rupturing! She went septic and died less than 2 days later! He was very arrogant during these days and after her passing saying the “no surgical hole was made.” The autopsy report states otherwise. STAY AWAY!!!!!
I had a very good experience with him. He treated me very well. After the procedure he came in to recovery and explained everything and the treatment going forward. Very satisfied.
Though I appreciate the work he did today, I cannot ignore the level of horrible his bedside manner was and must share. He spoke over us, downplayed my pain, offered no solutions, didn’t listen, was just plain rude. Easily the most unprofessional doctor when considering bedside manner. I’m sure he’s good at his job, but if you can’t listen compassionately, then your work is questionable.
