Dr Verkhovsky is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all your questions. His manner makes you feel valued.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had as a patient. I was scheduled for an endoscopy at the Banner Peoria Surg Center and was the last procedure of the day. The Dr and staff were running behind schedule and I certainly felt that! Dr Verkhovsky was not friendly and was short and very much business like. I will not follow up with him.
Really listened to my questions and concerns! I didn't feel rushed.... I felt like I received quality care and he was very helpful in my situation with insurance coverage, and worked with me to get everything I needed done!
Very efficient staff. Make you feel comfortable with little to no waiting. Dr. Verkhovsky was very personable and took the time to answer all questions.
Always willing to take time to answer any questions. Professional, pleasent, and my appointment is always on time... very pleased with Doctor Verkhovsky. I have been his patient for many years.
