If could give 0 star I would. They require an appointment every single time in order to get more refills for your chronic condition. And you all know the reason behind that.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. The secretary was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I called. I was trying to get help because I couldn’t see my doctor, but instead of assisting me, the secretary seemed annoyed and dismissive. It’s frustrating enough to be in a situation where you need medical care and can’t see your doctor, but having the front desk staff treat you poorly only makes it worse.
