Called the office to make an appointment. They won't give you any information about a possible appointment until you fill out new patient paperwork, including all your personal information. I don't even know when they'll be able to see me, so why would I hand over all my personal information & not just insurance? Doesn't sit well. Then I saw all the negative experiences online.
