Placed order and waited , no problem but once food came out it sat there because lady kept taking orders over the phone so I couldn’t get my food . Then she gave me condiments and no bag to carry to the checkout . Then when we got home one of the $15 plates was wrong . Flounder and shrimp plate had 4 shrimp . Just was not good ! Won’t do that again !

Platt's is the best been my favorite since 1982
Today I ordered in person 3 dozen blue crabs at 10 am to be picked up at 4 pm for my family’s dinner. Platts seafood called me at 3 pm, one hour before I was to pick up our crabs for dinner and told me they had sold out. Are you freaking kidding me. Your customer service is terrible. I am a local and I will never shop at any of your stores again and believe me I will let all my friends who also live here know how disrespected I was today by your supposedly family business.
