There first priority is to get pain relief. They give exercises to help strengthen and have long term success. I have followed Jeff G. for over 20 years. The whole team is good at what they do. I would recommend them to everyone.

Jeff and the team at Eugene physical therapy helped me when no one else could. I had a lower back injury and sciatica, and Jeff's care and attitude (plus a lot of exercises) are helping me get my active life back - faster than everyone thought! I highly recommend this group!
I have decided to edit this review. I gave it 5 stars about a year ago. However it was mostly because I was amazed I wasnt in as much pain and could walk across the room that's was so happy. The last time I saw Jeff he told me "physical therapy will not be of any use to you anymore." I went about my life for some 10 months of chronic pain. I believed him. In the last year and half plus dealing with a chronic, lingering soreness every single day in my upper body/traps, I've tried: 3 chiropractors, 2 masseuses, a D.O., got a standing desk for work, another PT, muscle relaxers, blood work, Sports Medicine doc, heating pads, icing, and countless mg of ibuprofen. In my third visit with Eugene PT, Justin Banks just made more noticeable progress than I've felt for a long, long, long time. I finally feel normal again today. Go see him.
