If you listen to their message . everything sounds really good...however if you need to talk to a nurse....forget about it. I spoke to Shawna and was told a nurse would call. I asked about how long she said there was 2 people in front of me , 31/2 hrs. later a nurse called on my way to Urgent Care....Terrible. They make it sound like they are here for your kids when needed. It's a very good sales pitch....and that's it !
