Dr. McNally is patient oriented and explains the options and medications for your particular problems. Encourages non-medication options like exercise, better nutrition, etc. I highly recommend him.
The worst experience I’ve ever had in a Dr office. I will be contacting my lawyer & the medical board of review. After waiting about 20 min & no other patients I was escorted to a room. After taking out some papers the assistant ask what was that. Rudely told me he probably wouldn’t do any paperwork or see me. I waited anhour & 1/2 I left. Leaving ask for my check & information back & said I was going to report him. The receptionist said I wasn’t his patient the scheduling did that. worst ever!
Since Merit Healthcare took over his practice it's been all downhill. His staff is lousy and have no empathy for the patients. I'll be seeking a new family practice doctor as soon as I get my results from my last blood work.
Dr. McNally has been my doctor for about 8 years now. He is warm in his approach to new patients, and extremely through in his examination and patient history. He does not like to prescribe a lot of medication, but prefers a holistic cure when he can. I agree completely with that philosophy. He makes referrals when necessary. His office is warm and friendly.
Ignored my questionnaire I filled out as a new patient, refused to do the annual physical that I had scheduled because I advised that I needed my prescriptions refilled? Said that prescrips req'd a 'non wellness' visit - which meant I had to pay out of pocket vs. my visit being qualified under my 100% wellness benefit. Tried to explain that to him, but he ignored me. Left the office door open during our entire conversation for anyone walking down the hallway to hear. Very unprofessional.
