Now known as "Gibbs Bulk water service" in Otisville, MI emptied 12,000 gallons of NASTY GREEN water with visible fine sediment into my brand new pool liner on Sat July 11, 2026. I was charged $675. They did not refund the money nor would even meet reasonably half way on the cost for reimbursement. Gibbs owner took No responsibility for this obvious non satisfactory water dumped into pool which caused our family time, delayed swimming by days, stress & heartache. I highly recommend Gibbs Bulk Water. Our water delivery was later than I thought it would be and after Genie arrived, I know why. She was extremely helpful to us and took extra time to make sure we installed the skimmer the right way. (If not for her advice, we would have had a huge leak that we wouldn’t have been able to find). Not only is Genie knowledgeable and efficient, she is also very friendly.
