I was harassed by a tech over two visits that were weeks apart -- I got so upset I had to leave before seeing the doctor. Although the doctor and one manager tried to help me during my first visit it happened again and actually got worse. I'm incredibly disappointed in the treatment I received.
Love coming to see my eye doctor! The staff here have always so nice and easy going. I have always appreciated how I have been treated at this office. Exquisitely clean and sanitary. It smells nice here. Thank you for always taking such extraordinary care of me! I always leave feeling certain about my care.
This is one of the most professional and best-run businesses that I have ever experienced. First, let me urge all those people who are hesitant to have their cataracts done, that it is an easy and completely painless procedure. This was my first visit to Eugene Eye Clinic, but definitely not my last. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Reynolds is an absolute peach. He was so kind and personable and most importantly, he was very thorough and competent. I left with a feeling of total confidence in him and the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family (and total strangers if they were willing to listen!).
Tell you’re on the part of their office too clearly identify what insurance will or will not pay. I was charged for expenses that I was told the insurance would pay. I contacted the office several times. No one would return my calls to talk to me about it, they said the insurance OK it and then later denied it. I would’ve gone someplace else if I would’ve known.
