Terrible company. Would rather increase rent as much as possible than keep long term tenants. They are ending all year long leases so there are less protections for their tenants. Windows from 1960 and don’t fit right. Black mold growing and all they do is paint over it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been renting through them for almost a year now. So far it's been a great experience. No complaints
Dirty, deceptive, greedy and expert liars. They get off on bullying and taking advantage of the weak and 'protected' classes such as myself, my child and anyone with a disabilty.
