This is the worst customer service. Go where your money is worth. From the receptionist to the dentist, they are not the best people to deal with.
I've been going to Dr. Butera's office for over 25 years. He and his colleagues are always friendly and do everything they can to put you at ease. They are competent and professional. They are exceptionally good at keeping to appointment times.
Dr. Gene Butera - Great Dentist I’ve been going to Dr. Butera for over 25 years. He is friendly and conscientious and puts his patients at ease right away. He respects his patients and understands that their time is valuable. If you have an appointment at a certain time, you are in the chair at that time and he is working with you. He recently took on an associate, Dr. Benny Tong. He also seems highly competent, but I have had less experience with him.
So great! He was informative and passionate about dentistry and really made me care about my dental hygiene. Always look forward to returning.
Dr. Butera has been my family dentist for many years. My wife, daughter and I have been completely satisfied with the treatment and procedures he has performed on us throughout the years. He is professional and thorough yet has such an easy going relaxing manner about him he make you feel completely comfortable during your visit. I absolutely would highly recommend this dentist to others.
I have known Dr Butera for many years and found him to be truthful, informative, and state of the art dentistry. I found his work to be virtually painless and effective. His office is run efficiently and I have never found billing errors. His facility is very clean. There is little or no wait in the waiting room. It usually takes a few weeks to get an appointment and I feel that he is on the expensive side. I feel that he is worth the wait and expense.

I have been going to Dr. Butera for about 6 years. I thought my past dentist was good becuase I had never been to anyone else. I was wrong. Dr. Butera and his staff are extremely pleasant and truely nice people who take a genuine interest in your overall health. The procedures are mostly painless and the results favorable. He is also great with my children.
Dr Butera is a great dentist! I've been going to him since I was about 10, and I would recommend him to everybody. No stress, no pain, great dentist.
