I've been going to this vet for over 10 years now. The customer service hasn't been great and they always give me issues about working my dog in to be seen. The front desk had been rude to me multiple times. Today proved to me that the customer service sucks, even the guy doctor was rude. They were going to see my dog today and were going to charge me $75.00 for working him in their schedule. The normal exam fee is $59.00. RecommendedMy aging parents have taken their cats here for many years, but are not very frequent visitors... nevertheless, they always receive kind, gentle, and compassionate care. Thank you to the staff at Eugene Animal Hospital for providing a comfortable atmosphere for anxious pets AND humans!
1st, Dr. Wiktorowski is so kind and knowledgeable the staff very friendly.
Dr Jodi was so wonderful when we had to put our pet rat to sleep. she just kept reminding what great pet owners we were and how we were doing the right thing for June. it made me feel better and even though we were sad, I knew we made the right decision. also very affordable and that means a lot to me a. single mom. thanks you guys!!
This is my doggie Winston. He is my “unofficial” therapy dog who helps me live with Crohn’s Disease. I recently transferred his vet care to Eugene Animal Hospital. Winston and I have been treated with such respect and care it’s a nice feeling. Thank you Eugene Animal Hospital! Look how happy my dog is to go to the vet!
I've been taking my pets here for years and have always had great experiences.
The staff at Eugene Animal Hospital are so caring and genuine. Every time I take my pets there I feel like they are apart of the clinic's own family. They always take the time to love on my dog and make her comfortable instead of just prodding her and "doing their job" like most vet clinics do. Thank you for having such an awesome crew!
I drive from North Eugene to go to this vet. The service and care I receive there far out weighs the drive. I strongly recommend them. They are just the right fit for our two dogs and our family.
