I had a major leak coming from a valve on the side of my house (froze in the winter), they came out and took the valve off, told me it would cost me X amount to remove the valve and replace it in the spring, which they did, and it wasn't too expensive. Do not waste your time. They do not call back. I had a major leak problem. Called them first and they did not call back for 2 days. When they did call they said that they would call back early the next week since it was Memorial Weekend. They never called back. We were losing water by the day with low water pressure. We have called Euell twice for work at our house. The first time we were not in a hurry just needed a simple job done. We called....and waited. Several days later they called to see what needed to be done. A day or two later they showed up without notice and said Are we too late? They even knew they had put us off. They did the small job and we liked their work. This time we had a much bigger job. A possible break in our water line. Losing lots of water each day and low water pressure. We called. Made an apppointment to have work done, and he never showed up. I left the next day for a business trip and now, a week and a half later, still no word on when or if he will show up. I have Advantage service coming out. They are showing up the same day (actually, I got the call that they were on their way within 10 minutes).

I've used Euell's several times over the past three+ years. They're prompt, clean, and knowledgeable; and their rates are most reasonable. Their work is perfect. They've always recommended the most pragmatic solutions to our problems. They're my first choice among all the Little Rock plumbers because they seem to place my needs ahead of their profit margin. They set the standard for the plumbing profession.

We have had several small jobs (shower fixture exchange, gas line placement, sprinkler system repair) done by this company. The company has owned by Steven for ~25 years and his father before him. He is always on time, finished his work promptly, cleans up and has reasonable hourly rates. He is hard working and honest.

We have had several small jobs (shower fixture exchange, gas line placement, sprinkler system repair) done by this company. The company has owned by Steven for ~25 years and his father before him. He is always on time, finished his work promptly, cleans up and has reasonable hourly rates. He is hard working and honest.
