Once you provide a debit or credit card, they will continue to try to run it long after you or your family member has left. It’s been more than a year and they are still trying to get money out of my account, even though I am not the responsible party. Their billing dept will say that your info has been deleted and to please call to address any issues….and then they will not take your calls and keep your card number on file. Unfortunate business practices considering people are just looking for help.
They treat you fair and like an adult . You aren't treated like an addict but more so a human . Everyone is held to the same standards and things run smoothly.
Been living here since they opened. The house is beautiful and spacious. I wouldn't want to work my recovery anywhere else.
