They promised to eliminate our ant problem within one visit. Three visits and hundreds of dollars later, we still have ants. When I called to complain, the customer rep was dismissive and offered no refund or solution. Complete waste of time and money.
I hired Eudaimonia Pest Control hoping for professional service, but they never showed up for the initial appointment. No call, no update. I had to chase them down just to reschedule—and then they were late again. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
The chemicals they used left a strong odor for days, and they didn’t warn us about the ventilation requirements. My dog got sick, and I had to take him to the vet. Irresponsible and careless—definitely not a service I’d recommend to anyone with pets or kids.
