Good rent, good location, But as of April 2018 we are unable to get a plumbing issue fixed associated to the Laundry room. The sink continues to back up and the plumbers can't seem to figure it out. We have to worry about our apartment getting flooded everytime someone does the wash. So dirty wash water backs into our kitchen sink which is causing a headache.
