Donna is amazing. Service with a smile. She made the leasing process extremely easy. She is knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I could not ask for a better experience. Thanks again for all the help.
Move-in process only: The move in process was very easy. Signed a few papers in the leasing office. When I noticed a few things that needed fixing or explaining they quickly helped make it make sense. Donna then took me to the unit and we did a through walk through where she put in work orders for everything that needed. For example for some reason my stove would not light when we did the walk through. I went to get my son from daycare about a hour or two later and the stove was fixed by the time I came home.
