I’m very happy with my experience with Euclid Meadows so far! Even though I some what gave Donna and frank a hard time they really took time to work with me! I appreciate that. I’m excited to be in my new home.
Donna is amazing. Service with a smile. She made the leasing process extremely easy. She is knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I could not ask for a better experience. Thanks again for all the help.
Move-in process only: The move in process was very easy. Signed a few papers in the leasing office. When I noticed a few things that needed fixing or explaining they quickly helped make it make sense. Donna then took me to the unit and we did a through walk through where she put in work orders for everything that needed. For example for some reason my stove would not light when we did the walk through. I went to get my son from daycare about a hour or two later and the stove was fixed by the time I came home. While this review isn’t for the apartment itself, it’s for FRANK and DONNA in the office that are absolute trash. People pay a lot to live here and they’ll sit there and laugh in your face while being completely wrong lacking any sense of knowledge. No communication between management in that office , Donna says one thing and Frank says another , all while being too lazy to actually get up and do something work related.
