Euclid Mangement - Poor Performance - Santa Clarita/Valencia Wouldn't recommend. Our HOA manger cannot be found in times of emergency and reporting only halfday in the office. Lack of management plan. Poor security guidelines. Issues were not represented right or never attended right. Homeowners were not notified if changes in the community is being implemented. You have to find it your way. Must change our HOA manager soon.
Excellent Management Company Euclid has been the management company for our HOA fro the past few years. They have proven themselves to be the best so far. They are the 4th management company we have had since our condos were built over 17 years ago. They are reliable & they respond when you contact them. That's a big deal! We're very happy with them.
