Doctor is amazing- but I can’t get through. I’ve left 14 call backs over the past two months so I can schedule an appointment and I cannot get through. It brings me to tears and I’m beyond frustrated. No one ever answers the phone or calls back.

Imagine going in scared and finding your Dr (THOMAS) on his cell phone slouched back in his chair in a dark room. They roll you in and you are facing him, looking straight at him. Dr doesn't even look up, he's scrolling comfortably. The nurses are setting up, asking the Dr questions and he's responding "uh-huh, uh-uh" ‍ doesn't look up at any point. NO acknowledgement you are even there! WHILE IM RIGHT IN FROM OF HIM LOOKING RIGHT AT HIM!! It was soo awkward and scary thinking I was putting my body & life in HIS hands! I was... read more

Woke up 10 minutes later IV already removed. I still cant thinking about it...

I had an appointment to schedule an endoscopy. I went, waited, spoke to the Dr then planned my endoscopy. They sat me down and planned it according to my schedule. I went in, and like any Surgical Procedure, they sat me down, prepped me, put in an IV, asked questions, then I wanted for my turn. Yes, it can take all day, yes, a lot stuff happens while your there...its like a mini hospital catering to one specific need. Also, it might be minimally invasive, but its still a Procedure. You set the whole day aside so you have tim... read more
