First of all there is VERY minimal parking. The office is filthy in general and not to standards of what a medical office should be. The waiting room is very small and they scheduled more patients to be seen than can be accommodated and leads me to think they may be breaking some kind of maximum occupancy code. When I was finally called back for my appointment 20 minutes late, they had me in a filthy patient room and asked me the same questions I had already filled out prior to the appointment. I recently had a colon endoscopy here, and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Like many people, I was incredibly anxious leading up to the appointment, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the front desk check-in to the pre-op nurses, everyone was warm, patient, and deeply empathetic.
