In my experience, the only issue I’ve had from this place is having my calls un answered by any receptionist/staff that works there. I’ve called numerous times at different time occasions as well as left many voice messages in hopes of receiving a call back to any emergency, concerns, questions or appointments; but was unfortunate to no avail. Let me start by saying I am a caregiver and my job is to fully satisfied my patient's needs. By the end of the day that being said my task today was to call to this place do to a concern of my patient's meds. while doing so, they do not answer the phone at all. I have also noticed that when my patient leaves a message, so that they can call back they dont even bother to do so.
