Terrible company to work. There are no benefits. No official policies and procedures-made up as they go and change constantly to fit their agenda. Constantly have job threatened even if you perform greatly. Salary definitely doesn't mean salary. No overtime even if salary, but don't you dare get less than 40 hours or you will be written up Micromanagement No opportunities for growth Extremely high turnover- I've seen more loyalty in fast food business! No work life balance and PTO is practically non-existent

This apartment complex is very deceitful, lacks people with good character, they are ignorant of the law that is protecting those who rent and has the worse employees I have ever seen. Be aware of the fact that they try to evict you as fast as possible and retain your security as much as possible. Horrible experience just trying to schedule a tour. The was passed off to several different staff members who all gave conflicting information and were unable to confirm a simple tour scheduled.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are a horrible company to rent from. I personally did not choose to rent from them they bought out another company I was renting from. If I knew how bad this company was I would have ended my lease and stayed with the other company. They violated the lease agreement my two other roommates and I signed. The deposit took FOREVER to get returned for to us. Then they proceeded to back date the check 3 months to look like they sent it out then which clearly they didn't. My sinks back up with sewage onto my floors at least every 3 months. My Air conditioner has not worked in over a week and not maintenance person has cone out to fix it.
