Terrible company to work. There are no benefits. No official policies and procedures-made up as they go and change constantly to fit their agenda. Constantly have job threatened even if you perform greatly. Salary definitely doesn't mean salary. No overtime even if salary, but don't you dare get less than 40 hours or you will be written up Micromanagement No opportunities for growth Extremely high turnover- I've seen more loyalty in fast food business! No work life balance and PTO is practically non-existent
This apartment complex is very deceitful, lacks people with good character, they are ignorant of the law that is protecting those who rent and has the worse employees I have ever seen. Be aware of the fact that they try to evict you as fast as possible and retain your security as much as possible.
