I live out of state, and it was getting so tough having to fly back in and out constantly to check on my mother in La Jolla. Once I found the team at Eucalyptus Home care my life and my mother’s life changed for the better and it became much easier. I was considering moving her into an assisted living home but she/we are much more comfortable with her being able to stay at home, we feel confident that she will be safer at home with their care. Communication is very easy and I appreciate the regular updates from the staff.
Eucalyptus owners, jim and Delair are caring and capable with attention to detail. they hire very capable and caring caregivers. they are readily accessible when needed.
We used Eucalyptus home care to help care for my mother following an orthopedic surgery and couldn't have been happier with the care she received. All of the caregivers we interacted with were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. The management team made it easy for us to be flexible in scheduling and they were always able to accommodate our requested times.
I am an RN who sustained a devastating fall resulting in surgery and non-weighbearing status. Wheelchair bound. I was helpless to do anything by myself. Thankfully I found Eucalyptus Home Care. They were able to arrange 24/7 care quickly. Each caregiver was professional, self-directed, and empathetic. They were skilled in safety and individual care.
