I've been here over a year, just renewed the lease. Very quiet and clean place to live. I've had maybe 5 maintenance requests, and each one were fixed same day. The management is very professional. Overall highly recommend.
Great office staff!! Made the move very easy. Convenient location, love the unique style of apartments. The groves here and also beautiful to walk.
There’s no parking unless you have a studio or a one bedroom and even then you have to fight for a spot. With a two bedroom, Me and My Husband have to pay in order to get a permit and then we have to put another car into a slot which causes you another over $100 a month. The apartments look nothing like the model that they show you. I pushed all of that to the side and kept it moving, and it was smooth at the end of my lease . They make it a hassle to move out.
