This is NOT a smoke free community. Little to nothing is done about their “absolutely no smoking on the premises policy”. Unfortunately the community isn’t monitored by cameras so there’s no way to tell who exactly is smoking, although I’ve complained about my neighbors just to be told they’ve complained about me smoking, which is ironic considering I absolutely cannot smoke due to respiratory issues, I feel like they expect me as the resident to be responsible for telling people to not smoke near my open windows.

In my personal experience this community is NOT “smoke free” although they claim to be, you can attempt to complain about neighbors smoking cigarettes outside of your window/front door but the only thing they do to “enforce” this policy is send out an email which does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except upset your smoking neighbors more which in return causes them to smoke outside my windows even more.
