Yes indeed, I do declare that I did reside at The Grove Apartments & subleased the bedroom of a one bedroom apartment from my now ex-roommate there from May 1, 2023 until April 30th, 2024. Of course I subleased from him at the apartment he leased at Riverview Villas Apartments on West Ajo Way just before we moved to The Grove after Section 8 found too many violations on that apartment owner & we had to move almost overnight not of our own choosing. I have a friend living there now in the Autumn of 2023, and I must say that I commend the management and the owners for the fine job that they are doing with this property. After a career in property management it's something I pay attention to right away. Every time I visit, the property is always clean, neat, and very quiet, as the gates are doing a wonderful job keeping out the transient population. Inside, the apartments look really good so maintenance is doing a great job too! Way to go!
I just moved out in and everything so far is great! The pools are sparkling and the grounds are clean. Am happy to be here!
