Love this business!
Awful customer service! I placed an order a month ago. Received an email with a tracking number. It says that a shipping label has been created. And that’s it. For over three weeks a label has been created and my product had not been shipped. I emailed this company twice and have not received a response as to when my item will be shipped.
The order took extremely long to arrive, but it did arrive. Other than the waiting time, everything smells lovely.
Package received today with packets of lavender and eucalyptus - all moldy!
