Extremely dirty, with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Loud kids all the time and the administrator Rou doesn't give a damn what happened or didn't happen. Don't rent here.

Horrible apartment complex to live in. First, it's an extremely dirty place. It is very common to find trash EVERYWHERE outside and inside the complex. Dog poop, wrappers, cigarette butts, and everything in between. Secondly, it gets very, very noisy. There are uncontrollable children who run rapid just about everyday. They yell and scream all day long, and its disturbing. Third of all, is the general lack of care for this place. The manager does not care. The tenants do not care for their surroundings.
