Excellent experience there
Called the main office number today to check and see if they were accepting new patients. The representative who answered the phone told me they were not accepting any new patients. The representative was not really rude per se, just "very short" with me on the phone. Her delivery of the message could have been softer and less, ok bye. It felt like a very "you missed the boat, and I'm too busy to say one more thing to you" kinda call. :(
After 3 plus years.....I finally had my teeth cleaned (shame on me). Missy took care of my cleaning.....incredibly personable, communicative, and efficient. Dr. Wall came in to discuss my dental issue. He too was a top notch pro....thoroughly explaining my issues, and providing me with all my options. Have not had dental care this good since I lived in Boston 42 years ago!
