I recently brought my Porsche Cayenne Turbo to EU Autowerks in Woodbridge and had a very positive experience. They performed a full inspection and clearly explained the issues they found, including an oil leak caused by a broken timing cover bolt and a safety concern with a bulge in one of the tires. Some guy picked up the phone and spoke in a monotone voice. Wasn't helpful at all, sounded more like a psychopath.
I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to E.U Autowerks. My experience was extremely disappointing due to horrible customer service, disrespectful behavior and mediocre service. Courtney is unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for customer satisfaction or clear communication. I left feeling frustrated. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, look elsewhere.
