Some guy picked up the phone and spoke in a monotone voice. Wasn't helpful at all, sounded more like a psychopath.
I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to E.U Autowerks. My experience was extremely disappointing due to horrible customer service, disrespectful behavior and mediocre service. Courtney is unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for customer satisfaction or clear communication. I left feeling frustrated. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, look elsewhere.

Would I trust them with my 911? Maybe. But I had a problem with my 2001 Sl500. They assured me it would be no problem to fix an evap leak. Brought them the car in April of 2024 and I don't get the car back until Nov 2024. When I finally get in I was greeted with a dirty interior covered in Disrespectful filth and oil. This is a classic car and should be treated as such. Bringing out the car for the first time this year april 2025, a larger evap leak and a faulty part installed. Amazing service, honest, and fair! Had engine issues with my 2020 Maserati, Courtney talked me through what needed to been done and the final price ended up being less than the fair quote. I had a follow up issue that they did at no charge. Can’t compliment them enough….. thank you to the entire team at EU Autowerks!
