Wish I could leave a negative review. The lack of accountability is an absolute joke and the customer service was disgusting. After they gave my friend the INCORRECT tyre they refused to correct their mistake and left her driving home in danger.
Absolutely terrible experience. The receptionists were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, they messed up my tires—either through incompetence or sheer negligence. I came in for a simple service, and I left with more problems than I started with. When I brought up the issue, they acted like it wasn’t their problem and refused to take responsibility. If you value your time, money, and safety, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a joke.
i had the same experience as the other bad reviews. went to get my tyres changed which took them an hour. a lady there changed my tyre and didn’t bolt it in properly. she transferred me to kristin (the manager) and said i was lazy for not doing the bolts my self when it was clearly an issue that was caused by them. the wheel was swerving and created issues for my car. she started insulting and yelling at me
