I have nothing personally against Lanna. I went to see her for the first time with my mom. We were both doing a cut and color. I asked for a lighter natural looking red color, and my mom asked for chocolate brown. Instead she walked out with caramel, and my hair was a dark medium red(ish). In addition to that, the service felt very unpracticed. Lanna has been doing mine and my daughters hair for about 10 years. She has taken my daughter from black to blond and changed my hair color a million times. While I do complain that she is messy with her dye (LOL) I have never been dissatisfied with any service. I recommend her 10/10.
Lanna has saved my hair’s integrity and physical appearance. I had ruined my hair by bleaching it myself at home and my hair was literally melting off and it felt like hay. After ONE visit to lanna, it felt like completely different hair! Now, she’s the only one I trust to touch my hair. I’m so happy every time I leave her salon chair. The first picture was before I ever went to see her and the second picture is my hair now after two years of having her take care of it.
