I’ve been going to Dr. Etwarhu, since he started practicing on La casa via in Walnut Creek with Dr. Reidel. Dr Etwarhu is terrific, perhaps the best Opthamoligist I’ve ever seen. However, his front office staff is the worse. They’re unprofessional, discourteous, abrupt, rude, condescending and make appointments for patients such as myself, without asking for permission to do so nor sending out reminders.
