Great experience with customer service!! I’ve used their long pole extension over 6 years and recently a friend broke it off not knowing how he broke the piece you screw into the brush attachment. I told customer service ….can I buy a replace piece for it. She said what is your address and sent me a free replacement. She said just pop it off and replace it with one I’ll send you. The local stores said I need to buy a new everything. I was going to gladly pay for the replacement end, but she sent it to me as great customer se... read more

Grip n Grab cable broke after 3 months. (see photo) I don’t have a strong grip since I have arthritis in my hands. The product engineers could add a squeeze limit to the design and prevent this failure. This potentially could be a WONDERFUL product. I see on the handle that it was made in CHINA. If you are building this tool for a handicapped family member who can’t bend over, then you would build it to last longer. Where’s the MADE WITH PRIDE?
Today I had the most wonderful experience! I've used Ettore products for years and I needed a few hard to find window cleaning items. Let me tell you Diane and Chris are THE BEST!!! They were pleasant, friendly and resourceful, did I say resourceful! They immediately took action and found the pieces to a Water Fed Pole. Their ability to figure out what I needed spurred me to remember a bunch of other things I needed. They were so help. I was in the middle of planning the funeral of a loved one and they were so kind, helpful ... read more
