I had a large elm tree come down last night and completely block the entrance to our granny flat in the backyard (luckily no one was trapped inside) I was leaving early morning messages for emergency tree removal left and right and Charles got back to me before business hours even opened and by 9:45 am the same day, they had chopped and chipped the tree and were done!! They are very affordable and didn't take advantage or my emergency type situation. Would recommend to every homeowner with a tree on their property
My experience with this company could not have been any better. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to any one that needs a knowledgeable group to take care of their trees.
I was highly impressed with Roanoke Tree service. They contacted me two days before the work was scheduled to let me know when the crew would be onsite. We were the first job of the day, and the crew arrived around 7:40 a.m. The crew removed three trees, trimmed two large branches from another, loaded up all of the wood, cleaned up the area and left the site around 9:15. The crew was courteous and explained what they would be doing that day. I highly recommend Roanoke Tree service for any tree removal/trimming needs.
They did it exactly, they described before. Anything would be the reason ,they performed their work as they promised. Thank you!!
I just wanted to say thank you for the great work in my yard today. We have been talking about cleaning up that area, and it looks so much better! I will definitely be referring to your company; they were all very professional people who did a fantastic job at an affordable price.
