After visiting a number of stone retailers in Doral, we stumbled upon ETTERNA G on one of the side streets. We are so glad we did! Leonardo and Kevin were amazingly warm, patient, friendly, knowledgeable with great design sense without pushing any specific ideas. The showroom also had a wonderful scent and nice snacks (with drinks)! They told us what to potentially consider if we had not already considered (having nothing to do with price of slabs). Kevin at EternaG was amazing to work with. He helped me with my quartz purchase and made the whole process so much easier. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I also really liked supporting a local family business. Great customer service is hard to find, and Kevin truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
THE BEST! Leo and team have an incredible selection with constantly new inventory coming in. They are patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and walking in to their facility makes you feel welcomed and that you are in competent hands. Could not recommend them enough. (We went to a few other facilities, and this was by FAR the best)
