I would be delighted to go here more often if they had a better selection of drinks and/or white wine in the $4-5 range, most of the cocktails are too spendy for me. Love the service and the venue, with just one little caveat, it's too hot--temperature-wise. Can you crank up the air conditioning in the summer? Other than those two things, bravo to the owners, management and staff for filling a niche in Pullman we didn't even realize needed to be filled. :D
Cory and team were amazing for our class reunion. The atmosphere is great and was the perfect transition from laidback upscale bar to night club for our event. The DJ did his research and had our middle school to high school soundtrack ready. The little touches were amazing, the class loved to have a drink specials themed for us. I would recommend Etsi to anyone planning a wedding reception, reunion, adult event, or someone who just want to stop by for a delicious cocktail.
